Available Fantastico Software Includes:

• Content Management Systems – like Drupal or Joomla

• Shopping Carts – like OSCommerce, ZenCart
• Project Management, Wikis, CRM, and lots more.

To install software using Fantastico:

1. Login to your hosting cPanel.
2. Click the Fantastico link under the Software section of your cPanel
3. Once Fantastico loads, you’ll see a column of available software on the left column – click on the software package you’d like to install.
4. Click the New Installation link and follow the instructions to setup the software.
5. Depending on the software, you’ll usually set the administrator information, the directory in which you’d like your software installed, database information and more.
6. Once you’ve completed all the required information, click the Install button and sit back and watch the magic.

A few notes about using Fantastico:

• cPanel® maintains the versions of software available through Fantastico, so Fantastico doesn’t always contain the most recent version of the software.
• Some prefer to manually install software by downloading directly from the vendor’s site and following setup instructions.  In general, this gives you more fine-grained control.
• If you’re using Fantastico for the first time, please make sure to backup your site files before installing software.
