We try to get all accounts setup and welcome emails sent within 6 hours from receipt of payment.  Usually, it’s within an hour.

Your welcome email contains all the basic information you’ll need to upload your site, access your control panel, setup email accounts, etc.

Paying by credit card or PayPal: For fastest setup, please use a credit card or PayPal when checking out. If you do not receive your welcome email within 12 hours from placing your order, please email sales @ ivycat.com and we will investigate further.

Paying by check or money order: We will acknowledge your order when you place it, and your account will be setup as soon as the payment is received and cleared. Once your payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation and receipt via email, followed by your welcome email.

If you’d like to switch your billing interval:

• Open a billing ticket
• Tell us which billing frequency you’d like to switch to
• Confirm the method of payment

Complete the steps listed above, and a staff member will reply when your account is updated.

If we have any questions, we’ll communicate with you through the Helpdesk ticket. If needed, we’ll adjust the billing and send a supplementary invoice.

We’ll need the following information:

1. The name of the account on file.
2. Which domain you are canceling.
3. When you’d like us to deactivate your account (immediately or at the end of your current billing term).

If we have questions, we’ll respond using the Helpdesk ticket and will confirm before deactivating your account.
