If you’d like to have SSH access to your hosting account, please enter a Helpdesk ticket that includes:

  1. Domain you need to access via SSH.
  2. Reason you’d like SSH access. (how will you use it?>

Once we receive your Helpdesk ticket, we’ll enable SSH access and reply with your login credentials.

Note: in order to use SFTP, you’ll need SSH access enabled on your account.

Need an FTP client to upload files to your server?

Check out our favorite FTP program, FileZilla, which is open-source Free Software that’s easy to use and has lots of features.

You can also look up FTP programs in any search engine.  You’ll get lots of results and find plenty of programs to compare and choose from.

Also, if you’re using a design program like Dreamweaver, MS Expression Web, GoLive, etcetera, you may have a built-in FTP client.
