<li>When you&#8217;d like the change to occur (date, time)</li>
<li>What billing frequency you prefer</li>

<p>If we have any questions, we&#8217;ll communicate with you through the Helpdesk ticket.  If needed, we&#8217;ll adjust the billing and send a supplementary invoice. </p>
