Billing & Account Support
For account-related issues regarding billing, upgrades, account configuration, and username and passwords, please submit a support ticket in our online Support Center.
- If you’re a registered customer, simply e-mail billing@ivycat.com from the email address you used to sign up with, or
- Login to the Helpdesk directly to enter support tickets, review your billing history, and update your profile information.
