  2. Consult the cPanel® & WebHost Manager® Documentation
  3. Submit a Support Ticket in the Helpdesk
    • Login to the Helpdesk and click on Support / Submit Ticket, or
    • E-mail support@ivycat.com from the e-mail address you signed up with.
      This e-mail address only works for customers.

Note: Please avoid emailing employees directly for support because it takes longer to get a response and we record all support tickets so you, and our techs can reference them later, if needed.

Billing & Account Support

For account-related issues regarding billing, upgrades, account configuration, and username and passwords, please submit a support ticket in our online Support Center.

  • If you’re a registered customer, simply e-mail billing@ivycat.com from the email address you used to sign up with, or
  • Login to the Helpdesk directly to enter support tickets, review your billing history, and update your profile information.
