We proactively manage all aspects of each dedicated server. We take care of all aspects of server maintenance including monitoring, updating, securing, and optimizing software and hardware. We monitor each server for status changes every minute, so we see issues almost immediately.

Data Reliability & Security
Each Dedicated Server has three levels of data protection to keep your valuable data safe:
- All data is housed on RAID-protected storage
- Data is backed up multiple times per day to an internal backup disk
- Data is backed up nightly to our remote disaster recovery location

Our network is fully redundant, route-optimized with the best tier-1 carriers. We don’t skimp on network connectivity, ensuring you will always have the fastest speeds available.
Our fiber optic connectivity is configured so if one or more bandwidth providers fail, our other providers take the load immediately, so you won’t notice any interruption.
