Change E-mail Account Quotas in cPanel

Email account storage quotas aren’t mandatory in cPanel, but they can be a good way to protect your hosting account’s storage from being completely filled up by users with too much email on the server.

To Change Email Account Quotas in cPanel:

1. Login to your domain’s cPanel
2. Click on Add/Remove Email Accounts under Email Management Tools
3. Click the Please Select a Function dropdown to the right of the email account you wish to adjust and select Edit Email Quota
4. In the New Quota field, enter the quota you’d like for this account. If you’d like it to be unlimited, simply enter unlimited
5. Click the Change button.
