To switch your Shared Hosting or Reseller Hosting account to another plan, simply enter a support ticket in the Helpdesk and let us know:
- Which plan you’d like to move to
- When you’d like the change to occur (date, time)
- What billing frequency you prefer
If we have any questions, we’ll communicate with you through the Helpdesk ticket. If needed, we’ll adjust the billing and send a supplementary invoice.
