Our hosting accounts and servers do not have SSH access enabled by default.
If you’d like to have SSH access to your hosting account, please enter a Helpdesk ticket that includes:
- Domain you need to access via SSH.
- Reason you’d like SSH access. (how will you use it?>
Once we receive your Helpdesk ticket, we’ll enable SSH access and reply with your login credentials.
Note: in order to use SFTP, you’ll need SSH access enabled on your account.
