To cancel your account with ivycat.com, please open a support ticket.
We’ll need the following information:
- The name of the account on file.
- Which domain you are canceling.
- When you’d like us to deactivate your account (immediately or at the end of your current billing term).
If we have questions, we’ll respond using the Helpdesk ticket and will confirm before deactivating your account.
